Dr. Dougherty is always very attentive, very knowledgeable, very patience, and she always gives good advice.

The staff is very attentive and efficient. The doctor is caring, easy to talk too, just a very lovely person. I feel very comfortable with her.

The provider was great! The office staff was a bit frustrating to deal with. As a healthcare provider, I also see patients. It was very frustrating to find that two weeks before my appointment, I needed to reschedule due to a personal issue on behalf of the provider. This personal issue was understandable but the lack of understanding at my frustration and inconvenience on behalf of the provider's staff was not, especially when I acknowledged several times that I wasn't assigning blame to anyone. I had an appointment outside of work hours which was also needed for the HMH wellness incentive. I ended up being rescheduled for an appointment during work hours that required me to leave three hours early and affected my own patient care. This was actually a new PCP for me. I felt so negatively about this interaction with this staff member that before accepting this rescheduled appointment, I called several other practices first to see if I could go elsewhere. Unfortunately, these other practices did not have any upcoming availability that could accommodate my needs, so having no other options, I accepted the rescheduled appointment.

Dr. Dougherty couldn't have been more attentive, understanding, respectful of my concerns or thorough.

Dr. Dougherty, she's a wonderful doctor, and every time I go to her she always treats me well, and she gave me the right medicines. I thank her, and I love her. Thank you. Bye bye.

Dr. Dougherty spent so much time with me and listened to everything I had to say and was fully aware of my medical history, answered all my questions was knowledgeable about everything I asked. I couldn't ask for a better experience, I'm so glad that I chose her to be my primary care physician. And I look forward to many, many more years. Just a fantastic experience. The office staff was friendly, check in was easy. Dr. Dougherty rocks. Thanks.
