Refund & Exchange Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We are very proud of the quality of our products and the service we provide. If you wish to return, exchange or be credited any merchandise item, click here or email us at with explanation. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Code that you must include with your returned product. This allows us to process a refund to the purchaser's credit card as quickly and easily as possible Please repackage the product in its original packaging material, and for your protection return your package insured by UPS or US Mail, and send with the RMA Code, to:

Box 105 Hicksville, NY. 11802 All Special Orders and Seasonal Items are non-refundable, store credit given only upon RMA phone approval and inspection of merchancdice when received. RMA approval given within 5 days of mail reciept. Postage and handling are non-refundable on all returns and credits.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: We will not delay shipping your order due to out of stock items. We try to have all items in stock but when this is impossible, the out of stock item will not be charge to your invoice and credit will be carried to any future order on your account. Your invoice will indicate the item is backordered and will have "due in" date if one is known. All Backorders will be canceled unless you request separate shipment.
Returns RMA NUMBER: Crescent Moongoddess accepts returns up to 7 days from the date of the purchase on unopened items only. We will either credit the purchasers' credit card account or issue a crescentmoongoddess.com merchandise credit equal to the amount of the product or gift. To process a return, simply call Crescent Moongoddess at (516)827-4399 requesting a RMA Number. Upon completion, the return authorization number which you received must be include in the box along with your original packaging slip and the product or gift in it's original unopened packaging.
